Hyderabad L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited on Thursday clarified that there is no sale of immovable property as the property is owned by the Government.
L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) issued this statement after a clarification was sought regarding news published in the media about monetising the sub-license rights in ToD land at Raidurg.
L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) said: “Consequent to the approval of the Board of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd and Government of Telangana allowing L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd to monetise the sub-license rights in ToD land at Raidurg, the same has been informed to the BSE on Wednesday (yesterday) post approval of the shareholders in the EGM.”
